     Here is a video about countless benefits of exercise.It includes some useful and easy tips for you J I chose this video on purpose, because it encouraged me a bit for sport. I  hope that this video will encourage every one from young to old to be just a little bit more active !


     Let me talk about a bit benefits of exercise.There are many physical benefits to doing regular exercise.It will improve your body shape, muscle tone and flexibility.It strenghtens your bones,reduces the chance of ilness and increases your life expectancy.It will also increases your strenght,  endurance,flexibility and overall fitness levels.


     There are also mental benefits of exercise. Exercise can give you an aim or goal, something to strive for.It can be enjoyable helping to reduce stres and tension levels. Exercise can help you to feel better about your self-confidence.


     Finally, there are also social benefits of exercise.It can improve your team work and  co-operation skills.And it can help you meet new people which could lead to new friendships.


     As you can see, there are many benefits of exercise.There are also many ways to exercise.It could be anything from walking to school to joining a local sport team. Don’t hesitate to take a step and start exercising J
